Exams and study

Written exams on campus

Once a semester you come to the University of Lucknow campus for the end-semester exam, written with pen and paper. LUCODE names no other exam centres.

Study material on the LMS

Course material, PDFs and video lectures are on LUCODE’s learning platform, and mentors answer questions online. In PG courses assignments carry 30 of 100 marks.

Attendance and time limit

You need 75% attendance to sit the semester exam. A two-year PG degree must be finished within four academic sessions.

UGC recognition. UGC-DEB’s 2026-27 list entitles the University of Lucknow to nine online programmes: the B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA, MSW and the MA in Sanskrit, Political Science, English and Economics. It is on neither 2026-27 distance (ODL) list, so LUCODE admits only online students.
