This policy explains what information Online Distance Degree collects, why, and how we protect it. Online Distance Degree (onlinedistancedegree.com) is run by Gradonline Private Limited.
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us, usually your name, mobile number and the course or university you’re interested in. We may also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, which don’t identify you.
When you submit an enquiry form, your name, mobile number and the course you chose are saved to a Google Sheet that our counsellors work from. The page you sent it from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by (such as UTM codes or an ad click ID) are saved with it.
We use your details only to give you free admission guidance: to understand what you want to study, prepare a shortlist of suitable universities, share fees and eligibility, and help with admission. If you decide to enrol at a university, we share the details needed to process your application with that university.
We do not sell your information. We do not pass your number to unrelated call centres or advertisers. We contact you only about your enquiry.
By submitting your number you agree that a counsellor may contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We keep your details only as long as we need them to help you, and we take reasonable measures to protect them. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to us.
